Candidate Privacy Notice

Last updated 13 October 2026

This notice explains how your personal data is used when an independent recruiter (a “Partner”) puts you forward for a job through HiringWiring. HiringWiring is run by Scrini AI Private Limited, CIN U62099UP2025PTC236974, 537 BHA / 588, Bharat Nagar Mohibullapur, Sitapur Road, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226021, India (“Scrini”, “we”). For jobs in the US, our affiliate Sao Labs Inc. may also handle payments to Partners.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Three parties handle your data, each for its own purposes:

  • The Partner who found you is responsible for how they collected your details and talked to you before submitting you.
  • Scrini (HiringWiring) is responsible for the submission record, your consent, follow-ups and the records used to pay the Partner.
  • The hiring company (the employer, or a staffing firm hiring for its client) is responsible once it unlocks your profile and considers you. Its own privacy notice applies to its hiring process. If it uses Scrini Hiring OS, our main Candidate Privacy Notice also applies.

2. What we collect

  • From the Partner: name, email, phone, CV, work history, skills, education, location, notice period, pay expectations, work authorisation status if you shared it, and the Partner’s notes about you.
  • From you: your consent choices, any corrections, and your replies to follow-ups.
  • From the hiring company: your stage in the process, and if you’re hired, your start date, the agreed salary or rate, hours worked (for contract roles), and when the role ends.
  • From public professional profiles: your current employer and job title, only to confirm whether you joined the company within 12 months.
  • Technical data: when and how you gave or withdrew consent (time, IP address, device), and the version of this notice you saw.

We don’t ask for sensitive data such as health, religion, caste or biometric data. Please don’t include it in your CV.

4. Follow-ups and profile checks

For 12 months after you’re submitted, we may message you at about 30, 60 and 90 days to ask whether you joined the company or its client, and we may check your public professional profile for a change of employer. We do this only to make sure the Partner who introduced you is paid. You can stop follow-ups at any time (section 9).

5. AI and automated decisions

HiringWiring doesn’t decide whether you’re hired. We use automated checks to spot duplicate or fake submissions; a person reviews any flag before action is taken. If the hiring company uses AI tools to assess you, its notice and our AI Transparency notice explain your rights, including asking for human review.

6. Who we share it with

  • The hiring company for the job you agreed to, first without your name and contact details.
  • The Partner who submitted you, for status updates.
