The Sr. Associate, Program Data Mgt. role supports aerospace, aviation, and defense programs in Palm Bay, Florida, with responsibility for deliverable management, documentation control, customer data handling, network and system transfers, and configuration management data entry. The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CDRL/SDRL deliverables to ensure contract documentation is provided to the customer on time.
- Maintain delivery schedules and coordinate with program team members to collect input and communicate deadlines.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Contract Statements of Work, requirements, policies, procedures, plans, program schedules, and other technical documentation.
- Format program documentation in accordance with internal standards, formatting requirements, and contract authorization.
- Verify correct and complete markings on program documentation.
- Apply and track control numbers and other required document identifiers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer communication, including logging and tracking messages.
- Maintain folder structures and facilitate the transfer of data between different networks and systems.
- Perform media burning, file scanning, and file uploading activities.
- Enter data into configuration management tool systems and maintain complete, accurate records.
- Facilitate the correction of errors or missing data in program records.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience may be accepted.
- Experience supporting CDRL/SDRL management, documentation formatting, data handling and transfer, and data entry activities.
- Ability to manage customer communication, track messages, maintain folder structures, and transfer data between networks and systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate configuration management records and facilitate error correction.

- Competitive base salary of $90,000–$105,000 per year.
- 9/80 work schedule totaling 80 hours over 14 days.
