About the role
Gateway Pediatric Therapy is seeking a BCBA Therapist to provide evidence-based ABA services for children with autism in home-based and clinic-based settings in Dearborn or Southgate, Michigan. The role includes treatment delivery, report writing, documentation, collaboration with families and support teams, and participation in Behavior Technician hiring, onboarding, training, and skill development. The position offers a base salary of $80,000–$95,000, scheduled work-from-home days, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide treatment for children with autism using evidence-based ABA principles.
- Deliver home-based ABA services and clinic-based ABA services according to client needs.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation related to client treatment.
- Work closely with parents in a family-centered environment to address each child’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to review reports, receive training, and support documentation quality.
- Coordinate with scheduling, billing, administrative support, practicum students, floor support managers, and reception teams.
- Participate in Behavior Technician hiring, onboarding, and training activities.
- Support Behavior Technician skill development and career pathway initiatives.
- Contribute to consistent service delivery through collaboration with the organization’s scheduling and administrative teams.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA experience supporting children with autism.
- Experience with evidence-based ABA principles.
- Experience providing home-based ABA services and/or clinic-based ABA services.
- Experience with report writing and clinical documentation.
- Experience with claim submissions and coordination with billing processes.
- Experience related to Behavior Technician hiring, onboarding, training, and skill development.
- Two to three years of experience, as specified in the job details.
