The Corrugated Supervisor / 2nd Shift leads one assigned shift of hourly employees in the daily production of corrugated board at a manufacturing facility in Middletown, Ohio. The role is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, employee engagement, training, work assignment, performance management, and team leadership, requiring a high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least two years of manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision, direction, and leadership for one assigned shift of hourly employees.
  • Oversee the daily production of corrugated board while supporting safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement goals.
  • Train employees and plan, assign, and direct work according to production needs.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide appropriate recognition, rewards, and discipline.
  • Promote safety, quality production, and teamwork throughout the assigned shift.
  • Lead by example through superior behavior, attitude, and performance.
  • Resolve workplace conflicts and support a productive, respectful team environment.
  • Motivate employees to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining a safe work environment and quality product.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • At least two years of manufacturing experience required.
  • Ability to support safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement in a production environment.
  • Ability to train employees, assign and direct work, evaluate performance, and address performance issues.
  • Ability to promote teamwork, resolve conflicts, and motivate employees.

Benefits and Perks
