L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts to lead complex contracts initiatives within its Legal – Contracts Administration organization in Northampton, Massachusetts. The role requires at least 7 years of prior related experience, a Bachelor's Degree, active Secret clearance, expertise in FAR/DFAR regulations, and demonstrated ability to negotiate contract terms with commercial and US Government customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large, complex contract-related project initiatives of strategic importance to the organization.
- Provide expert contracts leadership and thought leadership across the Contracts organization.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with commercial customers.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with US Government customers.
- Support negotiations involving FAR Part 15 programs.
- Apply expert knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations to contracts activities.
- Address Department of Defense regulatory requirements involving FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR, and CAS.
- Provide strategic guidance on contracts administration activities and complex contract matters.
- Coordinate and manage complex initiatives requiring expertise in contracts administration and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 7 years of prior related experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Ability to negotiate contract terms and conditions with commercial and US Government customers.
- Negotiation experience with FAR Part 15 programs.
- Expert knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations.
- Experience with Department of Defense regulations, including FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR, and CAS.
- Ability to work onsite in Northampton, Massachusetts.

- 9/80 work schedule totaling 80 hours over nine working days in each 14-day period.

- Base salary range of $190,000–$200,000.
