About the role

Arconic is seeking Production Supervisors for a 12-hour night shift in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, supporting production operations in a manufacturing environment. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least three years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, farming, or military environment; experience supervising in a unionized environment and an associate or bachelor's degree are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide production supervision during the scheduled 12-hour night shift.
  • Support production operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Work the assigned 2-3-2 rotating schedule across a two-week cycle.
  • Maintain coverage for the designated Monday-through-Sunday rotation, including alternating weekends.
  • Work the scheduled 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM night-shift hours.
  • Contribute to production activities for architectural aluminum products and systems.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, farming, or military environment.
  • Availability to work a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  • Ability to work the 2-3-2 rotating schedule over a two-week cycle.

Benefits and Perks

  • Base salary of $80,000–$92,000 per year.
