About the role

The Director, Healthcare Sales will lead marketing, outreach, community engagement, intake, and enrollment activities for the PACE program in Fresno, CA. This role requires a bachelor's degree, five years of supervisory experience, strong knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office, and experience using reports and data to lead people, prioritize projects, manage performance, and support growth. Two years of senior healthcare services growth or enrollment experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate marketing, outreach, and community engagement activities across the assigned Health market.
  • Provide strategic direction for intake and enrollment processes, including process improvements that increase efficiency and conversion.
  • Track, oversee, and report on team performance against goals for leads, home visits, enrollments, eligibility statuses, and daily, weekly, and monthly Salesforce usage.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including senior housing, physician groups, hospitals, post-acute facilities, and community organizations.
  • Develop strategies to support enrollment growth and strengthen referral-source engagement within the Health market.
  • Maintain the organization's working relationship with DHCS to support a seamless enrollment workflow and adherence to required timelines.
  • Oversee compliance with DHCS and CMS guidelines and policies throughout enrollment activities.
  • Develop the department budget and direct performance to budget.
  • Collaborate with executive teams to report key metrics, identify performance issues, and proactively address problems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Five years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience leading in a data-driven organization and leveraging reports and data to prioritize and oversee people and projects.
  • Experience coordinating marketing, outreach, community engagement, intake, and enrollment activities.
  • Ability to track and report team performance across leads, home visits, enrollments, eligibility statuses, and Salesforce usage.
  • Experience maintaining relationships with healthcare and community referral sources.
