About the role

AMP Trading Masters is seeking a hands-on SEO & Content Distribution Marketer to organize its existing content library, improve website search performance, and establish a consistent publishing and distribution operation. The role will own practical SEO execution, coordinate in-house content creators, connect organic acquisition to free-demo engagement, and share learnings with the paid-search specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and organize the existing content library to identify opportunities to improve reach, usability, and search performance.
  • Execute on-page SEO improvements across content and website pages.
  • Develop and apply an actionable search strategy that guides content creation and optimization.
  • Establish a consistent workflow for publishing content to the website and distributing it through relevant channels.
  • Optimize existing content and landing pages to support organic acquisition and stronger free-demo engagement.
  • Brief and coordinate in-house content creators so their output supports the search strategy rather than being produced ad hoc.
  • Prioritize technical and on-page fixes, content optimization, and distribution initiatives within available time and resources.
  • Track website traffic and conversion signals to evaluate organic acquisition performance.
  • Share keyword, landing-page, and conversion learnings with the paid-search specialist so organic and paid efforts work from one plan.
  • Work directly with Dan Culp and establish direction while continuing to execute the day-to-day marketing work.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on SEO experience, including on-page execution and search strategy.
  • Ability to turn an existing stream of content into an organized publishing and distribution operation.
  • Comfort operating as an early marketing hire who can set direction while also executing the work.
  • Ability to prioritize technical and on-page fixes, content optimization, and distribution initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating content creators and aligning their output to a search strategy.
  • Availability to begin as soon as possible is preferred for this engagement.
